The quickest way to report a fault is the Report a problem link at the top of every scoring app and in the footer. It can attach the technical details we need, including the score at the time.

When reporting a scoring problem, please include:
- which app you were using (for example Doubles Table Tennis Scorer);
- the score and what happened, or what you expected to happen;
- your device and browser (for example Samsung phone, Chrome).
